The first model call was a success, with a turn-out of about thirty-five potential models. While the final list has not been completed, we have a great start on the numbers we need to fill our runways sets.

On Tuesday January 19, aspiring models were auditioned as per the criteria listed in our model call flyer. Each model was requested to sign a standard model release before beginning the audition process.

After the initial paperwork was completed, each model was measured, assigned an identification number and photographed. These photographs and the numbering system will keep all of our information uniform and organized as we make our final decisions.

After measurements and photos, models were requested to walk, so that we can accurately judge who will best fit our runway's image. We were very impressed with the talent presented, and the initial booking results will be confirmed this week.

A second model call is in the works, so for those of you who missed out on the first call, make sure you stay tuned!

"Wear in the World" is also pleased to announce that Jones Soda will be donating product for use in the swag bags. We are excited to have their wonderful company contributing to our show, and are looking forward to working with them.
